Once all the economic offers had been received, sealed and signed by the legal representative of the requesting company, the representative of the Undersecretary of Tourism, in charge of their custody until the opening hearing of said offers, deposited them with an inviolable seal in a box of State Bank security.

At the hearing for the presentation of the offers, applications were received for 9 of the 12 places available as of 2023, due to the precautionary measures ruled by the 25th Civil Court of Santiago, which suspended the process regarding the communes of Talcahuano and Punta Arenas, as well as what was ruled by the 22nd Civil Court of Santiago, regarding Mostazal.

In relation to the foregoing, it should be noted that as soon as it was notified of said resolutions, the Superintendency presented the respective judicial remedies requesting to leave them without effect, which to date are pending a decision, without prejudice to which the SCJ will abide by the finally ruled by the court.
